Mid-afternoon lunchin'

For a quick raid of the fridge mum and I did pretty good when we took this from what was in there.


Cherry tomatoes


Spring onions

Honey roast ham



Olive oil

1. In a pan fry olive oil, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes,spring onions and ham.

2. When this mushroom mixture is almost done, put the bread under the grill and toast one side, turn it over and add the sliced cheese in layers and put under until melted.

3. Serve up the fry up and eat up!
