This risotto dish is the ultimate one-pot wonder, a delicious, healthy & inexpensive meal to add to your 5 a day and get a full tummy… without having to do much washing up afterwards. Packed with flavour and quality nutrients and only taking 30-minutes maximum to make! And even you haven’t got time to spare, you can always throw it in a slow cooker.
1 Chicken breast
160g frozen peas
6 baby corns

I love risotto because everything goes in 1 pan and you cook away and apart from being tasty it's healthy too.
